Pine Derby Race

For Cadets every year there is a Pine Derby Race. All the cadets get to make their own car, truck, boat, etc...to race. Some of the dads go all out on their sons cars, others let the boys design them. James & Zachary worked on Zach's #20 car (like Tony Stewart, this was Zach's idea) and were ready to race.

Zach had a fun night, but wasn't exactly the best sport about not winning in his grade category. And I think after James saw how all out the cars can get he might encourage (help, do, whatever you want to call it.) Zach a little more with the design of his car next year. Winning isn't everything, but it sure is fun :)
