Rainbow in the sky

One of the things we love about homeschooling is the freedom to "do school" whenever and wherever we choose. These past few months we have had some great weather, so we've done a lot of school outside. This has given us the opportunity to talk about God's creation and the beauty He surrounds us with.

Today in the midst of school, we were marveling at how cool God is! The kids and I were talking about how amazing God's creation is- "Come and see what God has done, how awesome his works in man's behalf!" Psalm 66:5- and how Big our God is to think of all the little details that make the world go round. I had my camera out to catch some birds at the feeders and when we looked in the sky and saw this!Not only did we get to see birds fluttering and eating super close in front of us, but then we saw beautiful rainbows across the sky. Since we were sitting outside we watched the rainbow change in the sky. It was there was along time and then got smaller and smaller until we couldn't see it anymore!

His wonders never cease to amaze me!!! We serve a great God!
